Saab 900 Carlsson/Airflow Front Bumper Air Intake Covers

Description

     Replacement air intake covers for the Saab 900 Carlsson / Airflow front bumper, covering model years 1987–1993.

These covers have been reverse-engineered directly from an original Saab bumper, preserving the factory geometry and asymmetry. The result is a reproduction designed to stay true to the original OEM appearance and fit.

Material & construction

• 3D printed in fiber-reinforced ASA
• UV-stable and suitable for exterior use
• Impact-resistant and heat-resistant up to approximately 110°C
• Paintable like ABS, allowing you to prep and finish the covers to match your bumper

The attachment points at each corner are printed solid to provide a strong, durable mounting area. Screws are included.

Installation
The covers are supplied without pre-drilled mounting holes. The owner drills 3 mm holes during installation, allowing the holes to be positioned precisely to suit the individual bumper and account for small variations between bumpers.
